Shipping Timelines

All orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days from the date of purchase.

  • Delivery timelines vary depending on the state and location.
  • Weekends and public holidays are not considered business days.
  • Delays may occur due to unforeseen operational or logistical conditions. In such cases, shipping may be extended without a fixed timeline.
  • No shipments are processed or delivered on national holidays.
  • Once your order is confirmed and shipped, you will receive a notification by email or WhatsApp containing your tracking number and courier details.
  • We offer free shipping on all products.

Order Modification & Cancellation

  • Requests to modify or cancel an order may be entertained only if the order has not yet been dispatched.
  • If the order has already left our warehouse, you must refuse delivery at the doorstep.
  • Once the courier returns the package to us, a refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.

Returns Policy

Important:
Due to hygiene and safety protocols, our products are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in the case of damaged, tampered, or defective items.

Return Eligibility (Damaged Packages Only)

  • Do not accept the parcel if it appears damaged, tampered with, leaking, or in compromised condition.
  • You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery at orders@elanaura.com, along with:
  • Images of the damaged product
  • Inner & outer packaging
  • Shipping label
  • Invoice copy

Return Process

  • After reviewing your claim, if the damage is verified, we will arrange a reverse pickup.
  • Please allow 1–2 working days for us to process your return request.
  • Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and proceed with replacement, subject to stock availability.
  • Replacement is the only resolution provided for eligible claims.

Insurance

We provide transit insurance only, valid up until the point the customer accepts delivery.

Once the shipment is marked as delivered and accepted, insurance coverage ends.


Payment Policy

We accept online orders through the following payment options:

  • Net Banking (NEFT)
  • Debit & Credit Cards (Visa & MasterCard, select Indian banks)
  • UPI
  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

If the payment is debited from your account but you did not receive an order confirmation, email us promptly at orders@elanaura.com with the following details:

  • Transaction Reference Number
  • Amount debited and registered email ID
  • Date & time of transaction

International Shipping, Returns & Refunds

  • International orders are dispatched within 48 hours.
  • Customs duties, import taxes, or any additional charges imposed by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility.
  • No returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds are offered for international orders.
  • All products undergo strict quality checks before dispatch to ensure they meet our quality standards.
